On April 2, a seminar "Components of the success of crop production in the Kaluga region in modern conditions" was held, which was organized by the Kaluga branch of the National Research Institute of Agricultural Sciences, a branch of the A.G. Lorkh Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution of Potato Research.

Alexander Viktorovich Efremov, Minister of Agriculture of the Kaluga Region, and Dmitry Vladimirovich Vlasenko, First Deputy Director General for Agriculture of the Elinar holding Company, spoke at the seminar and provided information on the work of the BioNar enterprise for the production of organic fertilizers.

The topic of the seminar is relevant and important. It was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, heads of agricultural enterprises, farmers and the scientific community.

The main way to further increase crop production in the Kaluga Region is an innovative agrotechnical policy, increase crop yields and preserve soil fertility. This is impossible without the use of organic and mineral fertilizers.

"Several million tons of manure and manure are produced annually in agricultural organizations and peasant (farming) farms in our region specializing in the breeding of farm animals.

The disposal of chicken manure is a rather problematic topic for industrial poultry farming. But it becomes profitable if this by-product is processed into organic fertilizers. I got acquainted with and appreciated BIONAR's production technology when I visited Elinar-Broiler Poultry Farms LLC in Naro-Fominsk district of the Moscow Region in 2023. I have also seen how similar practices are applied in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. There are all prospects for the introduction of these modern methods in our region," said Alexander Viktorovich Yefremov, Minister of Agriculture of the Kaluga Region.

The seminar participants gained new knowledge in the field of application of organic fertilizers in crop production, exchanged experiences and opinions with colleagues.
